Such references are provided solely for your convenience, and accessing or relying on these resources is at your own risk. 5.2 Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms of Use, House Rules, Privacy Policy, or other relevant policies.

5.3 Casa Renoir may discontinue the website or any part of it at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any unavailability of the website.

6. Linking to This Website

6.1 You may link to our homepage with prior written consent. However, you may not link to any other part of this website without permission. 6.2 We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casa Renoir and its officers, employees, and representatives exclude:

7.1.1 all implied conditions, warranties, and other terms; and

7.1.2 any liability for personal injury or death, special, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of income, or any other loss arising from your use of the website or related services.

7.2 Certain laws may impose obligations on the supply of goods and services that cannot be excluded. If applicable, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law, which may include:

7.2.1 for products, replacing or repairing the products; and

7.2.2 for services, resupplying the services.

7.3 Our maximum liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars (AUD $100.00). You agree to indemnify Casa Renoir and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the website or any breach of these Terms of Use.

8. No Waiver of Rights

8.1 Casa Renoir’s failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver of any breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

8.2 No waiver will be effective unless explicitly stated in writing by Casa Renoir.

9. Severability of Terms

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining terms will continue to be valid.

10. Bookings & Payments

To secure your reservation, a 50 percent deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance will be due 30 days before your arrival. If you are booking at less than 30 days notice, payment in full is required using a valid credit card.

Casa Renoir reserves the right to cancel bookings for any reason, with reasonable notice and a full refund provided to guests where appropriate to the circumstances.

In staying at Casa Renoir, you agree that charges for services provided to you which are not billed at the time of your departure may be added to your account for settlement by means of your confirmed credit card, unless otherwise advised.

11. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. However, a full refund will be provided for cancellations greater than 14 days prior to arrival.

12. Changes to booking reservation

A service fee of 10% applies to booking modifications greater than 14 days prior to arrival. Booking modifications or Moving of Booking date within 14 days will be treated as a cancellation due to the impact to Casa Renoir and restricted ability reserve the dates with another booking on short-notice. A refund will only be provided if the booking is taken by another guest for the same dates. In this case, a service fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount.

13. Photos, Filming or Commercial use

Photography, videography, and all other types of image-capture undertaken for commercial or promotional purposes are strictly prohibited within the Casa Renoir property, unless prior written approval has been obtained from Casa Renoir management. Casa Renoir has the right to cancel accommodation, immediately halt image-capture activity, and/or take legal action against anyone who breaches these conditions and may result in a $20,000 fee.

When capturing images of your stay at Casa Renoir, please respect fellow guests' privacy when doing so, and not include others in your photos without permission.

To seek approval for any such activity, please email ciao@casarenoir.com prior to making a booking, and we’ll be glad to assist.

14. Children at Casa Renoir

Due to the number of natural water bodies and streams within Casa Renoir, there are no children allowed under the age of 16yrs. Infants to the age of 2yrs old are to accompanied by an adult at all times and no responsibility or supervision from the Casa Renoir team is provided.

15. Number of Guest per Villa

A maximum occupancy of four guests for Villa 1 and any guest exceeding the maximum occupancy for their villa may incur additional charges at applicable rates, or be asked to vacate the property. Additional guests may be accommodated on request, but only with notice and subject to availability.

16. Daily Visitor Pass

Provided that written consent is provided by Casa Renoir, visitors are permitted on the premises between the hours of 9:00am and 8:00pm. For maximum privacy and security to all guests, full names of each guest(s), duration of stay (hours) and description of arriving vehicle is to be provided to gain access through the Casa Renoir gates.

Written consent is to be received from Casa Renoir before offering the daily visitor passes.

Please note, Casa Renoir reserves the right to ask visitors to vacate the premises immediately at any time.

17. Check-In & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time 10:00am. Early check-in may be available for $100 per hour and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Please note, late check-outs without notice will result in a surcharge of $100 per hour.

10. Complete Agreement

These Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and any referenced documents, represent the entire agreement between you and Casa Renoir and supersede all prior discussions or agreements regarding the subject matter.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By using the website, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. For any inquiries regarding the website or these Terms of Use, please contact us at ciao@casarenoir.com.

Payment Policy

General
This Payment Policy is to be read in conjunction with the Casa Renoir Booking Terms and Conditions and sets out the manner in which Casa Renoir Pty Ltd (ABN 99 620 793 179) agrees to accept payments from its guests.

Accepted Payments:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit card, bank transfer or cash.

Credit card
If a payment is made directly to the Hotel using a credit card you will be charged the relevant surcharge incurred by our merchant facility providers.

Direct Debit
Please note that it can take up to 3 full business days for payments to clear. Please refer to our Bookings Terms and Conditions for details on the ramifications of late payment. When transferring funds into our account, inform the Hotel first and place the booking confirmation number into the reference field as part of the transfer details.
